Frozen Columns and Allow Resize

Hello everyone,

it seems like it is not possible to freeze the first two columns of my grid and at the same time allow resizing of the individual columns. Is there a way to achieve this functinality?

Hi Max,

Try upgrading to the latest version of Telerik Controls. Telerik has the issues fixed it with the latest versions. You can check the following links to help you upgrade your version or try trial version.

Hi any update on the question asked by Max? exactly we need the same. If we make "static-header" to false the grid resize and other issues are getting fixed, but not able to freeze the first column.

 

We need both frozen column and the resize at the same grid.

Hi Raja,

Would you ensure that you are running the latest version of the control and see if the behavior changes? The current release is 2016.3.1027.

The RadGrid control supports freezing and unfreezing columns out of the box. Please check out the demo below as reference. I also tried it with resizing enabled and it was working as expected on my end.
