Is there any way to allow a form group to span multiple rows within the form?  So i could make my form look like the image below

Hi Eric,

For such complex customizations, I recommend you use a standard <EditForm> so you can have full freedom on the layout. You can still use Telerik components as editors, you can still use the validation summary/message/tooltip we have.
