I have a select element being styled by the latest FormDecorator. Typing while the element is selected is not jumping to the nearest alphabetical match. This is handy since the select element has over 100 elements in it. Is this a known issue?

Hello Zeke,
RadFormDecorator offers only a basic functionality, while we have paid more attention to the styling of the controls. At present we do not have plans to implement the functionality you have mentioned. I recommend you to use RadComboBox, which offers such functionality out of the box:
I think Zeke is referring to the fact that with a default select element (without being decorated) it's possible to hitting a letter and it then will go to the first match. When you decorate it with Radformdecorator that doesn't work anymore for some reason. So you win a nice visual appearance but lose standard functionality. I would be nice if the functionality of the original default select element remains while having the ability to style.
Indeed if you need more functionality, the radcombobox is excellent. But for simple scenario's a decorated select element with default functionality would be nice. I hope that's possible.

Hello Martin de Ruiter,
Yes, I completely figured out what functionality was Zeke referring to. However, as I mentioned yesterday, such functionality is not planned for the time being.
