Hi Ramu,
Could you please make sure that you have the same default CSS styling set in the page where the content is displayed and in the RadEditor's content area. You can find information on Defining custom CSS styles in the RadEditor in the following help article http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/defining-custom-css-styles.html.
One thing that you need to now is that since you are using the Lite version of RadEditor for MOSS the folder where you can define the CssEditor.css is /Program Files/Common Files/Microsoft Shared/web server extensions/wpresources/RadEditorSharePoint/4.5.6.0__1f131a624888eeed/RadControls/Editor/.
