[Solved] Force absolute or relative links

At once point it was discussed that the RadEditor will get a client side function to help force absolute or relative links when they are inserted.  Is that still coming soon?  We need to force one or the other based on what the editor is doing.  Editing emails and blog posts require absolute links.
