I presume this is a bug... it's not working in our implementation, but found that it's not working in your demo on this site either... try using the binoculars and test the "Find" button from the Find tab, or the "Replace" button in the Replace Tab. Neither will find words that exist in the text.

I can confirm that there was a problem with the Find & Replace dialog in Internet Explorer. It was fixed last week and the fix will be included in the next RadControls service pack release as well as the next internal build on our site. I apologize for the inconvenience.
