Is there any control or solution for something like Feedback chat ? So users can address questions, and get answers on them realtime.

Hi Vladislav,
This is actually a very complex solution that is out of the scope of e UI library, as it is a full-blown application (storage, CRM, plugins for the site itself). Thus, we do not have such a component/tool/solution in our toolset. I can suggest you look into ready solutions like intercom.io.
