using the RadAsyncUpload control there seems to be no option for just queueing up the file and uploading it when a button is pressed.
I would like this functionality. I can't use RadUpload because the control is inside of an iframe.

Wouldn't be the async upload inside an iframe too? If RadUpload is inside an iFrame it will post the files to the iframe, and if there is target folder set, the files are going to be moved to it. The situation with RadAsyncUpload is similar. What is the problem with the iframe? As for queueing the selected files, we will consider this suggestion, however, I believe that RadUpload covers this scenario pretty well. Perhaps we can thing something so that you can use it.
