Failed to create designer When we upgrade Teletrik New Version

HI ALL

Every time I update to a new version of Telerik Radcontrols we get the "Failed to create designer" view error back,before instal my version is 2012.2.607.40  and now 2012.2.912.40

we have attached an image herewith

Hello,

you have already installed new version.

Now you must have to update your project/website with new telerik version. (to resolve your issue)

as you said we updated project after that , new error occurred.it says "The server tag 'telerik:RadComboBox' is ambiguous. Please modify the associated registration that is causing ambiguity and pick a new tag prefix." please find the attachment here with

If possible then can you please remove your telerik older version.

NOTE : Before remove older version please take backup of telerik's DLL.

Hi Jayesh ,

There is no place to uninstall  in add or remove program as u simply said, we did every thing that we feel
1. we set the GAC version  in to the right version.
2. We remove the GAC latest version
3. we remove all telerik and re install telerik
4. we remove telerik clear all telerik folder  and remove  .net as well 

nothing yet works. Did you face the same situation before if yes help us. Please tell how to remove alder version that are already install we can't find a place except the GAC.

Please take a look at the following post where it is explained in details the reason for the getting Error Creating Control exception in the design view of VS. I would suggest that you also try out the suggested workaround and see if this helps:
