Hi
I have a similar problem. the #### issue can be solve by using an appropriate font like Tahoma which supports Arabic script.
The real problem is that the export-generated pdf does not support right-to-left. This means that the individual letters are shown correctly but in the wrong order:
Correct: فارسي
Incorrect:ي س ر ا ف
The following help page mentions in "Fonts/Unicode support" section that only unicode scripts with left-to-right orientation are supported:

I wonder if there is any solution to this problem.
No need to say that pdf documents in Persian exist and we use them and generate them everyday.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Our developers are well aware of this limitation - we will do our best to implement right-to-left support in future version of RadGrid for ASP.NET AJAX.
