I am not aware of this problem. Are you able to reproduce it in the Export to PDF live demo? Do you use some specific HTML content to produce this behavior?
You can also use the <ExportSettings Pdf-PageRightMargin="..." Pdf-PageLeftMargin="" ... /> properties to control the left and right page margine of the generated document.
