Hi Jason,
I am afraid we do not offer a tool, which would allow you to export multiple controls. Still, if you find another third-party tool for this task, exporting RadChart might prove a bit tricky. RadChart is served by an HttpHandler, so it is possible that the image is not included in the export. In this case you can replace RadChart by an Image control and use RadChart.Save() method to generate the image to be shown.
