Hi
Our client has purchased and made available the RadControls ( RadControls_for_ASP.NET_AJAX_2009_2_826_dev.msi). I am installing on a dev machine which is running Windows 2008 Server with Visual Studio 2008.
The installation fails when 'copying new files' with an error message 'Error Writing to File: Telerik.web.design.dll Verify that you have access to this directory'
I am using the admin account to install, and have removed the previous demo version of the controls.
Can anyone offer some advice?

It seems that you may have gotten a corrupted download. Please, try deleting your cache and download the files once again. I would suggest that you use FlashGet, GetRight, or similar tool
This error is sometimes caused by Anti-Virus software. Disable the virus protection software before you proceed with the installation. Close Visual Studio and try again.
