[Solved] Error with RadPanelBar

I keep getting an error when trying to view the design of a radpanelbar on a form. The control is fine when typing the code and during run time, but cannot be viewed in the Design mode.

The error that is displayed:
"Error Creating Control - telerik:radpanelbar"
Failed to create designer 'Telerik.Web.UI.RadPanelBar, Telerik.Web.UI, Version=2009.2.701.20, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=121fae78165ba3d4'

I am using Visual Studios 2008 Version 3.5 SP1 and RadControl for ASP.NET AJAX Q2 2009.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
