Hi There,

I Just downloaded the new Q1 2009 Controls for ASP.NET.
  1. I uninstalled previous version of Rad controls.
  2. I installed the Q1 2009 Controls 2009.1 527.
Now in Visual Studio 2008 if I create a new website or load an old one I get an error.

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: COuld not load file or assembly 'Teleril.Web.UI, Version=2009.1.527.35, Culture=neautral, PublicKeyToken=121fae78165ba3d4' or one of it's dependencies.

In visual Studio 2005 everything seems to work fine.
Steps I've tried so far to solve my problem for VS2008.
  • I have reset my VS2008 Toolbox and readded the controls.
  • I have deleted the .dll file from my website and re-added it browsing to the new Telerik.Web.UI.
  • I have tried updating the reference of a Telerik.Web.UI.

Please help.

Hi There,

This post solved my problem. I used method 2.
