[Solved] Error on telerik controls page.

I am getting following error frequently where ever i have used Rad Controls. What is the cause of this?

"Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: An unknown error occurred while processing the request on the server. The status code returned from the server was: 500"

What is the resolution to overcome this?
