Actually, this is what we fixed in the TagCloud control. What is the problem with the MinFontSize and the MaxFontSize properties?

In that forum thread, we agree that the problem is related to the UICulture / Culture and as Pero said, we will make sure that these settings will not affect the control in the next release. The "next release" however, is Q3 2010 that will appear next month - note that Pero said that on 13 Oct. (a week ago), while the release notes that you refer to are for Q2 2010 SP2 which was released on September 29th.
