Error message is hidden

I can't get the error message to show. I see it in the html source but it's hidden through css.

Also the documentation shows a 'Enable RadCaptcha http handlers' in the smart tag but I am not getting it. I checked web.config and there's nothing about captcha. I checked the web.config for the live Demos and I don't see it either. So what's the story?

It was my doing! I was disabling the validators in the code behind.
