Hi Dick,
I'm sorry for you getting this problem.
This is the standard error message screen.
Can you please, start the installer with logging enabled and send us the log file?
The log file would give us some more details about where did the installer fail and we will try helping asap.
Kind regards,

Here are the steps for running the installer with logging enabled:
- Open a command prompt;
- Navigate to the folder, where the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX installer is located;
- Run the following command:
msiexec /i Telerik.Web.UI_2009_3_1103_[RELEASE].msi /limev Telerik.Web.UI.Install.log, where RELEASE is either dev, or trial
The log file would give us some more details about where did the installer fail and we will try helping asap.

Hi Dick,
You should just navigate to the D:\Projects\BOEProject\Telerik\Licensed Downloads\2009_3_1103_Release folder in the command line. The command line screenshot shows that the current folder is the D:\Projects\BOEProject\Telerik\Licensed Downloads one. A "cd 2009_3_1103_Release" command should do the job so that you can start the
msiexec /i RadControls_for_ASP.NET_AJAX_2009_3_1103_DEV.msi /limev Telerik.Web.UI.Install.log
command then.

Hi Dick,
As some kind of duplication occurred between the support ticket and this forum thread, I'm pasting my reply here:
Thanks for the log. Having looked at it I believe the error is related to either a corrupted download, or the MSI file located in a compressed drive/folder. Can you try re-downloading the redistributable to a non-compressed location and run it again?
