Dear support,
In my Web application when I switch from source to design I have the following error:
Error Creating Control - RadComboBox1
Could not load file or assembly 'Telerik.Web.UI, Version=2007.3.1314.35, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=12fae78165ba3d4' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
Respectively I do not see ComboBox in the designer.
What needs to be done?

Indeed we have such design-time issues in the current release. Our developers are working on that problem, but still there is not an acceptable solution at the moment.
We created a temporary KB article about this problem - http://www.telerik.com/support/kb/article/b454K-hab-b454T-cgt-b454c-cgt.aspx. Please review it.
