Keep getting this error occasionally with v2011.1.315.35
When it happens we need to restart the application so it's pretty serious. It's being caused by two grids
on the home page of the site that is being monitored by a website uptime service.
Can't seem to find anything about this error.

Hello Alfred,
Do you have columns with UniqueName set to "Master" or "MasterGroup"? If yes, see where you are trying to reference these columns, or at least after what actions the error comes.

No, we have no columns with these names. The error is being created by our website monitoring application when it polls the site.

I have found these names in our database. So it seems to be related to our database somehow...
