I really like your product and the controls. Documentation and examples are excellent.
I received a new VM from our system administrators with Telerik ASP.NET AJAX installed. They of course built it without entering the product key. Looked around on your site to find the method for entering my license information. It appears that you have to re-install and subsequently configure Rad Controls again. Correct me if I am wrong in this. I certainly hope I am mistaken.
For an excellent product, which I consider Rad Controls to be, this is in my opinion an abysmally poor way of handling licensing. Most other applications and products allow entry of a key via a windows application or web form.
I would suggest allowing entry of a key after installation is a much better user experience.

Thank you for contacting us.
Our licenses, both trial and developer ones, work without license keys. If you have used a trail version for your project, you need to upgrade to the developer version in order to have the trial message disappear. Generally, you will need to replace the trial dll files with the developer ones. Upgrading is not difficult and detailed guidelines on how to update your version are provided here.
