Hi Experts,

I am encountering error. Please see attached snap shot of error.
When I create any appointment via advance insert form it shows me error. When I add appointment from basic insert form it does not show me error, but when I edit any appointment it also gives me same error.
I am unable to add/edit any appointment.

I have master page and radAjaxLoadingPanel, radAjaxPanel placed on my aspx page.
It seems to be a scripting error.....or might be a telerik dll issue that is not referencing properly.

Regards,
Mohsin Jawaid

Hi Mohsin,

It seems that some scripts are not loaded correctly. Did you receive any JavaScript errors? Also in the ticket info I see that you are using version 2011.1 413. Can you confirm this?

Hi Veronica,

I am using 2010 version.
No I did not receive any javascript error. This was happened before because of some tags were not properly closed in master page. I fixed that and it was working. But now again this happen.
I go through my master page and aspx page but i didn't find any unclosed tags.
The scenario is when page loads the scheduler is ok when I perform any operation on scheduler that invoke server side event it fails to perform any operation.

Like:

After page loads, I double clicked any time slot for inserting appointment from basic insert template it work fine, it insert the appointment into scheduler and make the scheduler read only. This happens every time after first server side event occurs.

Hello Mohsin,

Could you please send me your project so I can inspect it and help you?

You can use one of the sites for online storage like 4shared.com as this is a Forum post and you are not allowed to attach zip files.
