We have a requirement for managing user annotations.  We need to manage private annotations and public ones through a gatekeeper.  The client has a requirement to render documents exactly as the original document displays (currently MSWord and PDF).  Is there a way to use RadEditor to display a "page description language" like xps that the client can annotate?  Or can we generate an image like BMP or JPEG that the user can annotate with radeditor?

Hi John,

XPS is an XML-based specificification.

RadEditor is an HTML/XHTML editor, but not an XML editor and it does not offer support for XML editing, rendering and production. The content area of RadEditor is an editable IFRAME element, which uses the Rich Text Editing engine of the browser which does not offer support for XML rendering and editing.
If you would like you can evaluate the good XML web editor named XOPUS.

If you create an image and load it in RadEditor, it will be not possible to edit the image and the content that it represents.
