Hi, can you explain this behavior?
At first loading the editor has a bad rendering. Once you reload the page, the toolbar looks fine , problem seems fixed. (see attached image).
Here is the code of my editor:
<telerik:RadEditor
Width="1000px"
Height="750px"
ID="RadEditor1" Skin="Silk"
Runat="server"
ToolsFile="/ToolsFile.xml"
SkinID="DefaultSetOfTools">
</telerik:RadEditor>
