Why absolute positioning not working in google chrome?

Hi Alex,
RadEditor's content area is an editable <iframe> (or an editable <div>) and its functionality is based on the browser's default RichTextEditing engine. Unfortunately, the WebKit's RTE is quite poor and it out of our reach to modify this browser limitation.
