How can i edit/delete/insert field in sharpoint list with radgrid control? help me please

Hi Atefe,
In order to achieve the desired functionality, please refer to the following link:

This blog post has all the required steps outlined (installing, getting the UpdatePanel to work). Make sure you read it before using ASP.NET Ajax in your SharePoint site.
