Dynamic Update Chart Control

I use telerik chart control in my asp.net application. Is there any way to change chart dynamically with clicking or dragging? If this is possible, I need to get new values of the chart. Thanks in advance.

I am not quite sure how you want to change the chart on click or drag or whether this change should be a result of click on another control (e.g. a button) or on the chart itself.
