Dynamic grid Paging issue

I have created dynamic rad grid and implementing paging on it .but if i change the page size grid is refreshing and hiding the paging option as well as the controls on page will hide.

Pls help
attaching the screen shot pls help this is something very urgent.

Hi Meenal,

Please try setting AlwaysVisible property of PagerStyle as shown below to have the pager always displayed.

ASPX:

<telerik:RadGrid ID="RadGrid1" runat="server">
    <PagerStyle AlwaysVisible="true" />
</telerik:RadGrid>

Provide your code snippet if this doesn't help.
