Hi Angela,
Yes, you can apply absolute positioning to the selected image by pressing the Set Absolute Position button. After that you will be able to drag and drop the absolute positioned image inside the editor's content area. You can see the attached video for more information.

Hi. Thanks for the help. I still do not think it is available in my version. I am using radeditor.net2.dll with version 7.0.0.0 and a telerik.web.ui.dll with a file version of 2009.01.0527.35. These are Telerik RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax. I can't seem to make the icon go out. Is is available in my version?

To add the AbsolutePosition button to RadEditor Classic toolbar, open the \RadControls\Editor\ToolsFile.xml file and put the following tag inside some of the <tools> tags:
<tool name="AbsolutePosition" />
