Drag and drop on the AsyncUpload control from file explorer or MS outlook works fine when I'm using Microsoft Edge. No issues.
My application is running under IE Mode (IE11 compatability) and in this case, drag and drop only works when dragging from the file explorer. When trying to drag from IE, the file or email does not get uploaded.
Is there anything that can be changed to make this work?

Drag and drop from Outlook (emails or attachments) to RadAsyncUpload in IE11 or IE Mode is not reliably supported. This is due to browser and security restrictions in Internet Explorer that prevent full access to the data being dragged from Outlook.
There are no configuration changes or JavaScript workarounds that can enable reliable drag and drop from Outlook in IE11 or IE Mode. The limitation is rooted in how IE handles drag-and-drop operations from external applications like Outlook.
That said, you can try the workaround provided in our feedback portal regarding the case.
