Is it possible to download the edited image as pdf into browser.

Hi Joshy,
The requested feature is not available out-of-the-box but you can try to implement it.
The following demo shows how to save the edited image to a custom location: Save Image to a Custom Location. Once you do that and have the physical image file you can export it via a third party library or display it on the page and export it with RadClientExportManager to PDF.
