Same here. I read on one of the replies to another post that they are running a script to update all the subscriptions. Looks like it's taking a bit of time to propagate. At any rate they certainly stirred up some serious excitement as we are all like little kids @ x-mas. :) This company is pretty amazing, regardless of a few hiccups.

Guys-
Sorry about the download problems. It appears the update script did not do what it was supposed to do. Rest assured, the web team will fix this right away and the download will be available early tomorrow (US time). Sorry for the hiccup!

Have you noticed how these admin scripts only fail just after you've gone home for the day; I don't think I've ever had a long-running script fail whilst I've been in the office.

Natalie,
Should this appear as a downlad in our "My Purchases" section, or just under "My Free Trials"? I only see it in "My Free Trials" right now, but wasn't sure if that trial would include the Go Live license or not.
What about the reporting tool? Is that being added for current subscribers, or do we need to purchase that seperately?

Hi Christopher,
For the time being the download only appears in the "My Free Trials". The Reporting and RadControls "Prometheus" for ASP.NET will be added to the accounts of all clients with active subscriptions by the end of the day today.
