Hello Mahesh,
Currently the items of a RadRotator can slide manually via control buttons that appear according to the scroll direction of the control. If by ipad sliding you mean scrolling the RadRotator with touch, such a feature is not implemented. There are plans for enhancing the mobile experience with the rotator control, although I cannot provide an exact estimate when such features will be incorporated.
For the time being you can customize the control buttons of RadRotator, as shown in this online demo, if you are having difficulties using them under iPad.
