Hello,
I am trying to find a control that can use Binary Streams so that I may read and save into SQL.
I don't want to store these documents on a file system, but cached versions are acceptable.
Can the Telerik editor in some way allow me to achieve this?

You can implement a Custom File Browser Content Provider that allow you to store the documents
to any type of file sources:
