Hello,

You can import your own CSS file in the RadEditor dialogs via the DialogsCssFile property and style their contents as per your requirements:

dialog.css
body, span, input, select { font-family: Garamond !important; font-size: 20px !important; color: Red !important; }

default.aspx
<telerik:RadEditor ID="RadEditor1" runat="server" DialogsCssFile="dialog.css">
    <ImageManager ViewPaths="~/Images" UploadPaths="~/Images" />
    <DocumentManager ViewPaths="~/Images" UploadPaths="~/Images" />
</telerik:RadEditor>

You can inspect the HTML elements that you want to style with IE developer toolbar and Firefox. Note that you should delete the browser cache and restart the browser to see the applied changes to the dialogs because the browser caches the CSS files.

Another approach is to register the external dialog files of RadEditor and customize only the files that you would like to be modified.
