Disabling datepicker date selection

how can I disable calendar selection in datepicker and allow to select only a few dates added in code behind ?

just one thing. It says : "2008.3.1105 and later". I'm using telerik version "2011.3.1305.40" and the code needs a lot of adjustments.
Anyway, it shows a good overal idea how to play with it.
