Hello Hessner,
There isn't an easy way to achieve this. One, not very neat approach, is to register a skin manually and edit its css file to clear the attributes set in the rsAptCreate classes.
We will consider providing such functionality out-of-the-box in the future. Thanks for the suggestion.
