Hi David,
You may find useful the following demo which will show you how to bind GeoJSON data to a Shape layer:

Hi David,
I am afraid that the requested functionality is presently not offered by the map component and I offered the only similar way to display lines. My advice is to request it in the Ajax feedback and Kendo UserVoice portals which will allow us to measure the community interest and to decide whether and when to implement it.
Thank you!

Actually, seems RadMap for WPF have some not straight lines ability
http://docs.telerik.com/devtools/wpf/controls/radmap/features/information-layer/map-shapes
Is there something similar for AJAX?

Hi David,
The features and functionality of RadMap for ASP.NET AJAX, based on the Kendo UI map, do not match the features and functionality of RadMap for WPF. The latest is a different desktop component with different code base and functionality.
