Hello Parimal,

You can get a converted Default2006 skin from

http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/aspnet-ajax/general-discussions/all-radcontrols-q3-2008-skins-are-now-compatible-with-the-q1-2009-release.aspx

You will have to make additional changes to the included Default2006 skin, because it is from early 2009 and we have added new features to our controls since then, which will not be reflected in the skins' CSS code. Please refer to the RadControls skinning documentation and let us know if you have specific questions.

For example, here is the documentation for RadGrid:

http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/grd-understanding-html-css.html

http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/grdcreatingnewskins.html

Generally, I strongly recommend you to switch to the new Default skin.

Hello Parimal,

TabStrip.css and Grid.css are both base stylesheets, which are located in the /Skins/ subfolder of your RadControls installation or ZIP. If you don't have a Grid.css, than the /Skins/ folder is from an older RadControls version.
