Hi Hash,

Try setting ClientDataKeyNames Property of RadTreelist and get the value using following Javascript.

ASPX:

ClientDataKeyNames="ID"

JS:

<script type="text/javascript">
    function OnItemClick(sender,args) {
        var val = args.get_item().get_dataKeyValue("ID");
        alert(val);
    }
</script>
