Customizing resx

Hi,

I have customized some of the resx files for the Editor and I see the changes I made when I run in Visual Studio, but I do not see them when I publish the site.  I apologize for this basic question, but do I have to deploy the resx files in the App_GlobalResources folder?  I tried setting as Embedded Resource but this did not work.

I have a web application project (not web site project) and I do not have an App_GlobalResources.resources.dll file.  I have the resx files set to "Content".  Should I be publishing the individual .resx files to the App_GlobalResources folder on the server?

Then, yes, you should upload the individual resx files on the server.
