Hei!
Is it possible to override the css class of buttons in delete confirmation message? And is it possible to put some custom string in this message (e.g. the phone number of person you are trying to delete)?
Thanks for answer
Radek

Hello Radoslaw,
Unfortunately, this is not possible with the current version of RadScheduler. However, we will consider implementing such functionality in the future - inserting your custom text in the dialog box.
Cheers,

We would also like to be able to do this. In our scenario we are not using the scheduler to book appointments but rather to list events in a calendar format, so the text "Are you sure you wish to delete this appointment" doesn't really work very well.
Simply adding a property to set the deleteConfirmationText would work great.
Thanks

Hi Nick,
You can use the following localization properies of RadScheduler to customize the delete confirm message:
Localization-ConfirmDeleteText="custom confirm delete text"
Localization-ConfirmDeleteTitle="custom confirm delete title"
Best wishes,

Hello Peter,
Thanks for the answer.
we can use localization to create custom messages. I am using telerik in silverlight. I cant see the localization tag? Is there any special namespace has to be included for the localization tab?

Hello Rakesh,
Teodor

Thank you for contacting us.
Please refer to this article:
http://www.telerik.com/support/kb/wpf/scheduler/radscheduler-localization-using-a-user-defined-resource-file.aspx
It demonstrates how to use a custom localization file. Feel free to create one with the message changed as per your needs.
Hope this helps.

Hy Peter,
ten years later..... Have you implemented the feature to display a custom confirmation window when deleting an appointment?
If so, how does the appropriate code look like to display the custom window?
Thank you for your feedback!
