[Solved] Customize GridDateTimeColumn filter ?

I have the date filters working on a grid.

A between filter would be very helpful, but i have a simpler question i am not getting.

I want to hide the default row and column headers and set the fast nav to 12 months instead of 3.

I have set this for other datepicker controls in a form, but   How can i do this for a filter ?  In VB please ...

You can try out the following code to access the RadDatePicker in the GridDateTimeColumn filter cell and set its FastNavigationStep property:
c#:

 protected void RadGrid1_ItemCreated(object sender, GridItemEventArgs e)
    {
        if (e.Item is GridFilteringItem)
        {
            GridFilteringItem filterItem = (GridFilteringItem)e.Item;
            RadDatePicker picker = (RadDatePicker)filterItem["DateTimeColumnUniqueName"].Controls[0];
            picker.SharedCalendar.FastNavigationStep = 12;
        }
    }
