When exporting from a RadGridView that contains japanese characters in the data, the CSV file contains no japanese characters - they are all replaced with question marks (?). Is there a trick to getting them to export correctly?
Thanks,
Sean

Hello Sean,
Quote from another thread: We just finished the implementation of the unicode support for CSV files. We also fixed the issue with the garbled file names under Internet Explorer. You will be able to get an internal build soon after we complete our internal tests. Latest Internal Builds
I am running RadControls_for_ASP.NET_AJAX_2009_1_527 and this issue still exists (using Chinese traditional characters).
Any word on a fix?

Hi Lourein,
As my colleague Daniel explained, the issue has already been addressed and I suggest you migrate to the latest version of the suite 2009.2.826 to eliminate it. Step by step instructions concerning the upgrade process can be found here.
