Hi Sameer,

You can use the Visual StyleBuilder tool which can help you to create the base for custom skins for the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. It provides an interactive UI that helps in customizing the appearance of the skin. It can be found at http://stylebuilder.telerik.com/. Please visit this documentation on Visual Style Builder which explains about its basic usage, fine tuning and editing the existing skins.
