Hello,
RadControls does not offer a countdown timer, but you can implement your own using for example the <asp:Timer control and JavaScript as shown in this demo: Auto-save demo.

I am afraid that a countdown timer is not presently available in the suite. Since you are the second client to request it, can you please explain why do you need such a UI component and what scenarios it should cover better than the regular asp:Timer component.
Please, also log your feature request in the AJAX feedback portal so that we can measure the community interest for it. Thank you!
