If you see my site (www.theplaygrounds.co.uk) you get a YSOD as follows:
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.
Exception Details: System.Web.HttpException: Could not load type 'Telerik.Web.UI.RadUploadHttpModule'.
I am going to the root (url as above) and I have not made use of this specific control in anywhere on my site. This YSOD occurs on any page in the site.
Can anyone give me clues as to why this error is happening?

Can you check if you have a reference to this module in your web.config file? Can you post here the said web.config file (of course omit any sensitive information)?
