Hello,
We have tested our controls with a <sessionstate cookieless="UseUri"/> setting but did not see any issues with loading the controls. Could you give us a bit more details - which controls give you problems, are there any JavaScript errors on the page, etc. If possible, show us your web.config file. Finally, try creating a simple .aspx page in your project and see if you will have problems with RadControls there - the issue might be related to some specific code you use in your application.
