Hello,

When I deploy a radcombobox on my sharepoint page with the Office 2007 skin it looks a bit squashed. I believe this to be an issue with the controlss css being in contention with the pages css.

Is this a common issue, and if so, is there a workaround for this?

Regards,

   John

Hello John Deary,

We have not encountered this problem before. Could you please send us your page containing the combobox along with the css declarations you use? You can zip the files and attach them to a new support thread.

We will try to replicate your logic at our side and try to find a solution for you.

This was over a year ago.  Did anyone figure anything out with this?  Were you able to duplicate the issue?  Were you able to fix it?

I've had a few minor issues using Telerik's controls in SharePoint and they have all involved the styles in SharePoint overriding the styles that come with the controls somehow.  A good example is that the bottom border of the RadComboBox used to be hidden in an older version of Telerik's RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX.  I notified them of the issue, and they updated the control set so that now the issue does not occur.  I'm curious to know what other CSS fixes could be applied (if any) and if anyone else has come across any.

Thanks,

Hi Eric Skaggs,

The combobox looks fine in Sharepoint now. What is the exact problem that you have?

Hi Veselin,

I know the combobox looks fine.  I mentioned that in my post.  I don't have a specific need in this case.  I'm just curious to hear about other folks' troubles with styling these controls in SharePoint, if there are any.
